Have you ever looked at the night sky and wondered how big the universe really is? You’re not alone. By reducing the size of the universe in a way that most people can understand it. When you talk about 93 billion light years, what does that mean? Can you comprehend it? Eddie Asquith's talk will cover the size of the Earth all the way to the outer reaches of the cosmos itself.
Eddie is a retired commercial airline pilot with many years’ experience and gives speeches to various clubs and societies in Kent.
As always attendees are asked to turn up in good time for a prompt 2pm start, as latecomers do disrupt proceedings and it is distracting for the speaker.
