We are a small, friendly group of people interested in all things European. We meet on the second Friday of each month between October and June, usually but not always at someone’s house. We discuss a wide range of topics, usually starting with news and current affairs, then dealing in more depth with an agreed subject. This year each “speaker” will deal with a nation of interest and knowledge to them. The current theme is Eastern Europe, spanning from the Czech Republic to Romania, but not necessarily in that order.
We try to make our presentations interesting, but also with elements of humour and levity.
